感恩方案提升小学高年级学生主观幸福感的实验研究

摘    要:在贵阳市某小学六年级随机选取一个实验组班级和一个对照组班级,通过实验组的感恩方案与对照组的感恩方案实施结果进行比较,发现:(1)实验组和对照组学生的主观幸福感明显提升,实验组和对照组存在显著差异;(2)实验组男生与对照组男生,实验组女生与对照组女生主观幸福感之间均存在很显著的差异;(3)实验组内的男女生和对照组内的男女生幸福感指数基本相同,不存在显著差异。

Abstract:Randomly selecting n experimental group and a control group from the sixth grade in a primary school of Guiyang,the study analyzes and compares the results by using different gratitude programmes between the experimental group and the control group.The experimental results show(1)both experimental group and control group students promote subjective well-being but there exists significant differences;(2)there are significant differences between boys and girls in experimental group and control group;(3)there isn't difference from boys and girls in the experimental group and from boys and girls in the control group,furthermore,the sense of happiness index is basically same.
