| 摘 要： | 建立人才业务档案，为用人单位准确地评价人才、科学地管理人才，做到知人善任提供依据，是档案管理部门应尽的责任。当前应专设机构，专人负责，完善制度；加强信息收集，不断充实人才业务档案内容；全面记录其学术水平、科研成果、管理能力，突出人才业务档案的特点；实现人才业务档案管理的信息化。
