| 摘 要： | 本文介绍一种以ＩＧＢＴ为功率元件的通用型全数字控制的脉宽调制（ＳＰＷＭ）变频装置。采用８０９８单片机和三相高频可编程脉宽控制器ＳＬＥ４５２０为核心的控制系统，改善了ＰＷＭ变频器的性能。实验表明，系统运行平稳，调速平滑，动态性能好。

| Abstract: | a fully digital-controlled SPWM inverter with IGBT as the main power dvice is introduced. The control system of this inverter is composed of 8098single-chip microprocessor and a new type of three phase PWM IC SLE 4520.The experiments show that this inverter has high reliability, high control precision and good dynamic response. |
