| Abstract: | In this study, on the aspect of implementing the scientific concept of development, the channels of energy saving and reducing emissions of pollutants in Jilin province were discussed, based on the national requirement. These would be accelerating the readjustment of the industrial structure, implementing clean production, developing circular economy, promoting social supervision and public participation. |
