一步萃取法检测纺织品中禁用偶氮染料

摘    要:在BS EN 14362-1:2003,BS EN 14362-2:2003和GB/T 17592-2006的基础上进行方法改进:偶氮染料经还原反应后采用一步萃取法并直接进样,过程无需浓缩步骤,缩短了50%以上的前处理时间,并且比固相萃取检测节约了80%以上的试剂和耗材费用.实践证明经改进后的一步液液萃取法稳定可靠,比固相萃取法具有更高的检测效率.

Abstract:Determination of banned azo colorants in textile is improved based on BS EN 14362-1:2003,BS EN 14362-2:2003 and GB/T 17592-2006:after banned azo colorants were reduced,without any concentration process,the method of single extraction is used and then the sample solution is directly analyzed by GC-MS.It is improved that the modified method is more stable and much more effective than any of the standard methods as it only takes 50 percent of the time spent by the standard methods to finish the determination,j...
