摘    要:介绍了共振解调技术原理和虚拟仪器编程语言LabVIEW。共振解调技术对滚动轴承故障有良好的诊断能力,LabVIEW是一种图形化虚拟仪器编程语言。利用LabVIEW实现滚动轴承的共振解调分析,在保证了测试精度的基础上,提高了程序开发的效率,创建了良好的人机界面;同时,便于系统的升级和维护。

Abstract:The principle of IFD(Incipient Failure Detection) and the programming language of virtual instrument-LabVIEW were introduced. IFD had powerful effect on failure detection of rolling bearing. LabVIEW was a kind of graphics language for virtual instrument programming. IFD was carried out with LabVIEW in the text. On foundation of ensuring test precision, efficiency of programming was promoted, and excellent interface was established. Meanwhile, the system was good at progressing and maintenance.
