| 摘 要： | 通过研究,高技术产业模块化的实现源于模块分工下高技术企业学习优势能力的提升和模块整合过程中网络治理的实施。因此认为,在实际的高技术产业模块化过程中加强高技术企业的学习优势能力和促进企业之间网络治理行为是必要的。
