| 摘 要： | 2006年以来，我国农村义务教育基本实行免费制度，外来工子女的教育已经成为最突出的教育公平问题。虽然国家确立了“以流入地为主，以公办学校为主”的义务教育政策，但泉州外来工子女的教育仍存在许多不公平的问题。本文基于对泉州各县区外来工子女上学问题的专门调查，以教育公平视角对外来工子女的教育问题及原因进行分析。提出一些实现外来工子女教育公平的对策和思路。
