西藏自治区能源消费结构低碳化发展研究

西藏自治区不仅蕴藏着大量的矿物能资源,还蕴藏着丰富的水能、太阳能等清洁能源。大力发展西藏自治区的清洁可再生能源资源,能够进一步降低西藏自治区对传统矿物能资源的依赖,加快西藏自治区能源消费结构的变革。通过分析客观自然环境对西藏自治区能源消费结构低碳化的影响,进而认清西藏自治区能源消费结构低碳化的内在动因及外部条件,从而试图提出实施西藏自治区能源消费结构低碳化的发展战略,这对西藏自治区能源消费结构的低碳化发展起着关键性作用。

Developing the Low-carbon Energy Consumption Structure of Tibet Autonomous Region

Tibet autonomous region is rich not only in mineral energy resources, but also in hydro-power, solar energy, wind energy, geothermal energy, biomass energy and other clean energy. Developing clean and renewable energy resources can reduce Tibet’s reliance on traditional fossil energy resources, and accelerate the transformation of its energy consumption structure. By analyzing the influence of natural environment on low-carbon energy consumption structure in Tibet, this paper tries to find out intrinsic motivation and external conditions for developing low-carbon energy consumption structure in Tibet and come up with scientific and reasonable development strategy for implementing the low-carbon energy consumption structure in the region, which plays a key role in developing its low-carbon energy consumption structure.
