乌石化常减压蒸馏装置腐蚀调查及分析

摘    要:对乌鲁木齐石油化工公司常减压蒸馏装置进行了腐蚀调查,调查结果显示,原油中的含硫量、含酸量等的上升,产生了一系列的低温、高温硫的腐蚀和环烷酸腐蚀问题,造成设备及工艺防腐的难度加大,影响炼油装置长周期安全运行;介绍了常减压蒸馏装置的重点腐蚀部位、腐蚀现象,分析了高温硫、环烷酸的腐蚀机理、影响因素,并提出了加强工艺防腐蚀、加强腐蚀监检测和材质升级等建议.

Abstract:The corrosion of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in Lrumqi Petrochemical Company was investigated and analyzed; the results showed that the rising sulfur content and TAN in the crude oil would lead to a series of corrosion problems such as low temperature sulfur corrosion, high temperature sulfur corrosion and naphthenic acid corrosion which would aggravate the difficulties in equipment corrosion protection and process corrosion prevention and affect the long--term safe operation of the refinery process units. The key corrosion locations and performances were described,and the mechanisms and impact factors of the high temperature sulfur corrosion and naphthenic acid corrosion were also analyzed.Suggestions such as strengthening the process corrosion prevention, corrosion monitoring and detection,materials upgrading eic were presented.
