摘    要:针对三坐标测量机上安装激光测头时机械调整误差大以及传统补偿算法鲁棒性差的缺点,提出了三坐标测量机非接触扫描测量时PH10回转体上光学测头安装姿势误差的补偿方法,建立了安装姿势误差的数学模型,通过对标准球球心的最小二乘拟合,给出了误差模型待标定参数的无约束最优化目标函数的惩罚函数形式,提出了一种改进的遗传算法,在并行组合模拟退火算法中采用了改进的多点交叉算子和自适应变异算子,同时使用了两次最优保存策略,通过仿真实验证明了算法求解的精确性.

Abstract:A posture error compensation method of optical probe was presented in this study. The optical probe was installed on the PH10 rotating head for the scanning measurement of coordinate measuring machine (CMM). The error compensation mathematical model was derived from the least square fitting method and an improved genetic algorithm for parallel recombination simulated annealing (PRSA)was introduced to determine the optimal parameters. A modified multi-pointed crossover operator, an adaptive mutation operator and a modified elitist strategy were applied to PRSA. The accuracy of the optical probe calibration was proved by the simulating experiment.
