| 摘 要： | 米糠经预处理后，用超临界ＣＯ２萃取米糠油，使所得油脂中的酸价降低，得率提高。采用不同的压力分段萃取，同时添加夹带剂，能有效地去除大部分游离脂肪酸。

| Abstract: | Extraction of oil form pretreated rice bran by supercritical CO2 will decrease its acid value and increase its yield.The experimental results show that the use of supercritical CO2 at different pressures and addition of entrainer will effectively reduce the free fat acid. |
