摘    要:对水平光滑管外油的自然对流高压直流电场强化换热效果进行了实验研究,实验确认了对自然对流换热性能很差的油类工质施加高压电场能够有效地促进换热强化,同时比较系统调查了换热系数强化率与电场强度、油温、热负荷之间的相互耦合关系,发现换热系数强化率基本不受热通量的影响,而与电场强度存在强函数关系,实验中,当外加电压为4KV时的对流换热系数比大空间内自然对流换热系数约提高1倍。

Abstract:Experimental study was carried out for the enhancements of natural convective heat transfer of oil over a horizontal heated tube by applying high voltage direct electric field between the heat transfer tube and concentric mesh tube. The experiment results show that the high voltage direct electric field has a strong enhanced effect on the natural convective heat transfer. The experiment specifically investigated the effects of direct electric field intensity, the temperature of the oil and heat flux on enhanced heat transfer factor. In the test, the convective heat transfer coefficient is increased by once under the applied direct voltage of 4 kV.
