| 摘 要： | 本文对社会资本之于企业治理的影响及家庭企业的关系治理特征进行了研究。社会资本是影响交易治理的重要因素 ,对中国文化和转型期社会资本的分析表明 ,企业家族化治理是一种适应性的制度安排 ,关系治理成为家族企业的普遍选择。借鉴契约的分析维度 ,本文发展了一个基于社会资本的中国家族企业关系治理的框架

| Abstract: | Social capital plays an important role on governance of exchange.Based on Chinese traditional culture and social capital in transition period,family businesses as well as their guanxi(relational)governance are effective as adaptive institutional arrangements.With reference to dimensions of contract analysis,the article develops a theoretical model of guanxi governance for China's family businesses. |
