水杨酸对豌豆种子萌发的影响

摘    要:以食荚豌豆--青荷9号的种子为材料,用10-200mg/L的水杨酸分别浸种12h和36h,观察豌豆种子萌发情况及其萌发过程中种子内可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量及淀粉酶的活性.结果表明,用10-50mg/L水杨酸浸种12h及10mg/L水杨酸浸种36h对豌豆种子的萌发无显著抑制作用,且可提高种子的发芽指数.当水杨酸浓度增大,浸种时间延长时则抑制豌豆种子萌发.用水杨酸处理后种子内可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量及淀粉酶活性的变化同种子的萌发趋势相似.

Abstract:Pea seeds(No.9 Qinghe) was soaked with different concentration of salicylic acid(SA) for different time and germination quality and some physiological indexes were studied in this paper.The results showed:pea seeds were soaked with SA of 10-50mg/L for 12 hours and 10mg/L for 36 hours,Germination rate was not restrain and Germination Index was improved.When increasing of concentration of SA and prolonging of time soaking seeds,Germination rate would decrease.Variational trend of contents of protein and sugar and activity of amylase of pea seed was similar to seed's germination.
