| 摘 要： | 目前,新建本科院校正处于转型与过渡时期,在校园文化建设上仍面临许多问题与困难。新建本科院校应在统筹全局的基础上,以科学的办学定位为导向,以精神文化建设为重点,以全员参与为基石,推动校园文化建设。
