| 摘 要： | 在处理管网系统水力失调问题时,通常加装平衡阀.为探讨加装的平衡阀对系统原有调节阀调节性能所产生的影响,以宝钢冷轧厂1550管网旧系统的改造为例,分析了管网系统水力不平衡的原因,提出以加装平衡阀作为解决水力平衡问题的方案.通过图论方法计算管网各环路的可调度,分析了管网改造前后各环路的可调性所受到的影响,讨论了阻力增加对调节阀门调节性能的影响.

| Abstract: | Balance valves are generally installed in pipe network in order to resolve the hydraulic imbalance.However,the influence of balance valves fixed in pipe network on the action of regulating valve are usually neglected in real application.Based on the hydraulic characteristics improvement of Bao Steel 1550 pipe network system,this paper presented a method of adopting balance valve to improve the hydraulic characteristics.By calculating the regulating ratio of each branch,the regulating characteristics of each branch(were analyzed).The influence of the resistance's increase on the regulating characteristics for regulating valves was discussed. |
