| Abstract: | Through the analysis on 12 kinds of trace elements in Shanxi jujube and the comparison of the contents of trace elements in several wild fruits that have aroused general concern at present for their development, this paper points out that the jujube possesses higher nutrient value and is safe and innoxious, which provides scientific accordance for Shanxi Province to develop the jujube resources. |
