固相法制备Cr2O3微粒子

摘    要:以铬酸酐热分解制备Cr2O3工艺为基础,研究了反应温度、时间以及硼化物、氧化物、铬化合物、可燃性粉末添加物对产品性能的影响,发现在可燃性粉末质量分数为2%~3%、适量水、温度为700 ℃、时间为90 min的条件下,可得到平均粒径为200 nm,分散性良好的Cr2O3微粒.

Abstract:The preparation of Cr2O3 fine powder by calcining CrO3 was reported. The effects of the temperature, time and the additives including the borate, oxides, dichromate and the combustible powder were researched. Under the conditions of 700 ℃ and 90 minutes, when 2%~3% of the combustible powder and the adequate water were added, it showed that the size of Cr2O3 powder was about 200 nm and its dispersivity was good.
