摘    要:氨基甲酸乙酯是重要的化工原料,将尿素与无水乙醇混合,以浓H2S04为催化剂,回流72h,产生大量白色NH4HSO4固体,趁热过滤,除去NH4HSO4固体,滤液常压蒸馏,蒸出多余的乙醇,得到一种胶状物,将胶状物用热的石油醚洗涤、抽滤,得到白色、针状固体氨基甲酸乙酯,产率33.7%。

Abstract:Ethyl carbonate is an important material of chemical industry. Mixing up urea with absolute ethyl alcohol, with thigh H_2SO_4 as catalyst, for 72 hours' reflux, will produce a great amount of white solid NH_4HSO_4. Filter while it is hot; eliminate solid NH_4HSO_4; distil under the normal pressure and extra alcohol will be distilled; as a result, a kind of collide will be obtained. After it is cleansed with petrol-ether and filtered, a kind of white, needled solid-ethyl carbonate will be obtained. It's yield rate is 33.7%.
