| 摘 要： | 对钢轨铝热焊接头的断口进行了实验观察与研究,分析了接头断裂形成的原因,认为焊缝外观缺陷与内部微裂纹是导致接头短期服役断裂的主要原因,并在此基础上提出了相应的防止措施.
