| Abstract: | Taking the scientific development perspective as the theoretical basis,this paper discusses the orientation and guidelines of scientific development perspective for social services of university Library, analyzes the present situation and reasons of university library＇s opening to the society, and puts forward some strategies for realizing the socialization of university library＇s service and carrying out effectively university library＇s service. |
