科技革命与社会主义

本文分析了现代科技革命对社会主义运动的影响。一方面 ,科学技术曾推动了社会主义向前发展 ;另一方面 ,东欧、苏联等社会主义国家由于没有追赶上现代科技革命潮流 ,与发达资本主义国家在科技竞争中处于劣势 ,从而导致失败。文章认为 ,2 1世纪社会主义的命运在于同科学技术的紧密结合 ,中国担负着振兴社会主义的历史责任 ,唯有实行科教兴国战略 ,才能使有中国特色社会主义走向振兴

Scientific-Technological Revolution and Socialism

This paper analyzes the impact of modern scientific technological revolution upon socialist movement. On the one hand, science and technology advanced socialism. On the other hand, the Soviet Union and the socialist countries in east Europe collapsed because they failed to keep pace with the development of modern science and technology and were in an inferior position when competing with the advanced capitalist countries over science and technology. The paper holds that the fate of socialism in the 21st century lies in its close integration with science and technology and that China shoulders the historic task of rejuvenating socialism, so only by implementing the strategies of vitalizing the country through science and education, will socialism with Chinese characteristics be able to achieve its rejuvenation.
