摘    要:为了检测沉积物中的噻虫嗪的残留量,建立高效液相色谱法测定噻虫嗪的含量。结果表明:在0.05~100 mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,回归方程为:y=48 330 x,相关系数r=0.9 998。当添加浓度分别为0.1、1.0和2.0 mg/kg,噻虫嗪在2种来源不同沉积物中的添加平均回收率分别为83.4%~91.0%和89.2%~96.1%,RSD分别为1.4%~3.1%和1.7%~5.7%。方法的准确度和精密度均满足农药残留分析的要求,方法最小检出量为5.0×10-10g,沉积物中的最小检出浓度(LOQ)为0.1 mg/kg。该方法操作简单可靠,准确度、精密度及其灵敏度均满足农药残留分析的要求,可用于沉积物中噻虫嗪残留量的测定。

Abstract:In order to determinate the thiamethoxam residue in sediment, an analyzing method was established by high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that a good linear was obtained between 0.05-100 μg/L with the regression equation y=48 330 x and the correlation coefficient r=0.999 8. Respectively, when the additive concentrations were 0. 1,1.0 and 2. 0 mg/kg, the average additive recovery rates of thiamethoxam in two sediments from different sources were 83.4 %-91.0 % and 89.2 %-96. 1%,and the RSD were 1.4 %- 3.1% and 1.7 % - 5.7 %. The limit of detection of thiamethoxam was 5× 10-10 g, and the limit of quantification was 0. 1 mg/kg. Accuracy, precision and sensitivity were satisfied with the requirements of pesticide residues analy- sis. The method was simple and reliable for application to determining thiamethoxam residue in sediment.
