| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种住宅小区智能控制与管理系统的网络结构及其实现，在此系统中，家庭自动化系统采用有线电缆与电力线载波通信相结合的机制；家庭自动化系统与大楼集中控制站之间的通信通过RS485实现；大楼集中控制站、公用设施控制站与小区中央控制站之间的通信通过LONWORKS局部操作网实现。
