| 摘 要： | 戴震是乾嘉时期考据学派的集大成者，在清代近三百年学术史上占有重要地位，本文认为，他之所以能取得如此成就，关键在于他独特的治学方法，一是敢于质疑，二是坚持独立思考，这一治学方法在当今仍具有现实意义。
