| 摘 要： | 茶叶是世界上除水以外的第一大饮料。茶叶中含有多种高含量的药用和保健成分,是开发价值最高的植物材料之一。我国茶叶生产大量过剩,并有大量的夏秋季次等茶、茶园修剪和茶叶加工过程中的废弃物。综合开发茶资源及茶叶中生物活性物质不仅有巨大的原料来源和市场潜力,同时能解决茶农存在的实际问题。文章总结了茶资源及其活性成分综合开发研究进展并分析了存在的问题。

| Abstract: | Tea is one of common drinks around the world. It contains multiple bioactive substances with high concentrations, and is one of the most valuable plant resources for the development of bioactive products. China is faced with a serious problem of over-production of tea, at the expense tea farmers. This article gives a review of researches and exploitations of tea resource and the bioactive substances in tea. |
