贫困山区资源环境系统的变化与农业持续发展对策--以湖北通山县为例

根据对贫困山区多年来的气候、生物和森林生态系统、土地资源等资源环境变化状况的分析，可以看出，在全球变化的背景下，贫困山区资源环境系统正经历一个动态不稳定的发展阶段。这一动态变化以各种自然灾害明显增加的形式表现出来。本文从系统平衡、森林生态系统的气候效应以及人类活动的环境效应等方面阐述了贫困山区资源环境系统失衡的原因和发展趋势，并提出这一类型区农业和社会经济持续发展的对策。

Changes of the resource-environmental system of poor mountainous regions and agricultural sustainable development--The case of Tongshan county of Hubei province

Based on the analysis of the changes of the resource and environment such as climate, forest ecosystem and land resource in the poor mountainous regions since 1980s, this paper shows that the resource-environmental system of the poor mountainous region is being at the stage of instability with natural disaster increasing. This paper illustrates the reasons and the tendency of instability in the poor mountainous region according to the balance of system, the interaction of forest and climate, the influence of human actions on environment and then gives a strategy of agricultural sustainable development for this kind of regions.
