摘    要:通过红豆杉内生菌发酵的方法培养出一种产紫杉醇内生菌,并对其发酵过程进行了详细的研究,确定了不同碳源和氮源对其生长产生紫杉醇的影响,以及不同前体对产生紫杉醇的不同影响.

Abstract:This article took the method using the Chinese yew to raise fungus taxus of mellowness,and conducted the detailed research on its fermentative process and found that the different carbon source and the nitrogen source have the taxus mellow influence on its growth,as well as the different precursor pair process different taxus mellow effects.
