| Abstract: | This paper expounds the problem of that the "rural labor" is a special colony occurring in the transformation period of the economic society, demonstrates that transforming the "rural labor" into the city resident is an inevitable selection of the progress of the urbanization, and puts forward some measures for solving this problem. |
