摘    要:根据国家海洋局三亚海洋环境监测站2007年4月20日10时至21日11时潮汐周期内连续26个小时的三亚河入海口水文及水质同步监则资料,分析该水域1个潮汐周期内营养物质、叶绿素a变化与潮汐的关系。结果表明,盐度、营养盐、叶绿素a受潮汐的影响极为明显,盐度变化趋势与潮汐变化趋势相似,营养盐(无机氮、无机磷)、叶绿素a变化趋势与潮汐变化趋势相反。叶绿素a与潮汐、盐度、无机氮、无机磷的关系为c叶绿素a=-73.3244 0.00174a 2.284b 0.175d 0.293e,a为潮汐测量值(cm),b、d、e分别为盐度、无机氮和无机磷的测量值(μg/L)。

Abstract:According to the consecutive monitor of 26 h (April 20 10:00-April 21 11:00, 2007) within a tide cycle, we investigated the hydrographic and water-quality parameters to analyze the relationship of the tide and salinity, nutrients as well as chlorophyll a (Chl a) variability.The results showed that salinity, nutrients and Chl a are significantly affected by the oceanic tide.The pattern of tide and salinity change is similar, whereas the changes nutrients (i.e., DIN, DIP) and Chl a are negatively related with tide height.The relationship of Chl a and tide, salinity, dissolved inorganic nitrogen (DIN) as well as dissolved inorganic phosphorus could be described using the following formula:Chl.a]=-73.3244+0.00174a+2.284b+0.175d+0.293e, (a, tide;b, salinity;d, DIN;e, DIP).
