我国食品安全现状及对策研究

摘    要:结合我国目前的食品安全现状,对我国的食品安全监管体系现状和我国食品安全事件发生的主客观因素等方面进行分析,认为我国目前发生的食品安全事件约70%是主观人为添加非法添加物.因此,提出了实施农业标准化、加强"从农田到餐桌"全过程的食品安全管理体系建设、加强职能部门监管盲区的监管、完善我国食品安全法律法规体系、完善我国食品安全检测体系、加快推进食品安全诚信体系建设、重视食品安全风险评估和预防机制建设等对策.

Abstract:According to the conditions of food safety in China, the situation of food safety administration system and the various view factors of the food safety were analyzed. About 70% food safety incident was illegal additives. Therefore, some suggestions were put forward to provide food safety guarantee, for example, advancing agriculture standardization, and the food safety management system construction of from farm to table, strengthening the administration of the grey area of supervisory board, improving the system of laws and regulations of the food safety, providing the evolvement of food safety detection system, accelerating the credit system of the food safety, paying attention to the food safety risk assessment and prevention mechanism construction.
