| 摘 要： | 作者针对除尘器的特点，研制出一种结构简单、体积小、运行可靠的灰位传感器。自动排灰控制系统可控制灰斗内上下限灰位，兼有定时排灰及手控排灰的功能。它能有效地防止因灰斗漏气而引起的二次扬尘，减少能源损耗及排灰装置的磨损。

| Abstract: | This paper has designed a new dust sensor that the constructure is simple and the operation is reliable to counter the special characteristics of air pollution control equipment.The automatic dust removal control system can feel the upper and'lower dust position of hopper and remove dust periodically at fixed intervals by a time.gauge or at variable intervals by a switch. It can prevent hopper sneakage and dust re-enterinment when it saves energy and decreases wear and tear of the dust removal device. |
