新课改后小学生课业负担的现状研究——基于温州地区小学的调查

摘    要:对温州市小学生课业负担情况调查结果表明,新课改后小学生课业负担在在校情况、课程表执行情况、考试与竞赛情况、作业情况、课余情况等方面依然过重;基础教育发展不均衡、传统教育观念、新课程实施不当、国家提高教育质量的目标是课业负担过重的主要原因;建议实施基础教育均衡发展策略、转变传统的教育观念、加强对教学过程的研究以及协调学校、家庭和社会三方力量来解决小学生课业负担过重的问题。

Abstract:The investigation on primary school students in Wenzhou shows that after the new curriculum reforms the students' homework assignments are all over-burdened on attendance requirements, execution of class schedule, test and contest arrangement, homework assignments, etc.. The authors find out that the main reasons why the homework assignments are still over-loaded are the unbalanced educational system, traditional education concept, inappropriate implementation of the new curriculums and the national development goal of enhancing the quality of education. And they propose to change the traditional education concept, balance the educational system, advocate researches on teaching process and coordinate the efforts of school, home and society to solve the problem.
