| Abstract: | Colleges and universities are an important training base for application-oriented talents. At the same time, the campus culture plays a significant role in cultivating university students＇ humanistic accomplishment, practical abilities and innovative competency. This essay analyzed the effects of campus culture on the cultivation of application-oriented talents from the level of talent cultivation, thus putting forward strategies to the campus cultural construction at colleges and universities. |
