大学生余暇体育开展现状及对策分析

通过对我院大学生参加余暇体育活动的调查,分析了当前大学生余暇体育的现状。研究表明:我院大学生参加余暇体育活动以集体形式为主,活动项目偏爱三大球,活动目的呈现出健身、社交、娱乐等多元化特征,余暇体育已成为体育教学的延续和补充。

The Expansive Actualitiea of the Undergraduates' Spare- time PE

Spare-time PE constitutes not only an important part of the PE in college, but also the necessary content of a healthy life style of college students. The investigation of college students' attending Spare-time PE leads to the analysis of the present situation of the spare-time PE in our institute as well as some suggestions we found helpful. As the research indicates, the main style of spare- time PE is collective in our institute. And the students prefer three kinds of balls. The features are body- building, entertainment and social contact. Spare- time PE has become the continuation and complement of our Physical Education. It supplies some references to the further job PE in college.
