| 摘 要： | 在工科人才培养过程中，企业化及职业化技能的培养是重要的教学环节，更是决定人才能否被企业及社会接受的重要因素，并已引起了学校．政府与企业的广泛重视。该文作者结合学院进行校企联合IT专业人才培养实践，对学院校企结合模式的多层次IT人才职业技能培养体系的构建模式进行了实践性总结与探索，以期对本科和硕士阶段的工程职业人才培养具有一定的借鉴作用。
