恒频PWM型零电流开关准谐振变流器——分析,设计及电路实验

摘    要:对传统的零电流开关准谐振变流器电路加以改进,通过引入辅助开关,使准谐振变流器工作在恒频PWM方式下。改进后的变流器,其滤波电路及高频变压器的体积明显减少,开关功率管及二极管的工作条件,以及变流器的负载调整特性等均得到明显的改善。文中对变流器的工作原理、输出特性、电路参数设计等给出了详细的介绍,一台150KHz、25V/75W变流器的电路实验证实了改进后变流器所具有的优点。

Abstract:This paper introduces a novel constant frequency switching PPM converter. To make this type of converter, it is necessary to add an auxitiary cvrcuit to a conventional zero-current switching converter. Although, the size and volume of the fliting circuit and tranformer are obviously reduced operating conditions of the main switches and load regulation characteristics are greatly improved. The details are discussed of operational principles output characteristics and circuil parameter design of the converter Advantages of this modified converter have been verified in a circuil test of a 150-khz 25v/75w constant frequency zero-current switching PWM converter.
