| 摘 要： | 采用生长周期短 ,易于工业化生产的酵母为实验菌株 ,以糖厂副产物甜菜糖蜜为主要原料 ,通过发酵工程技术细胞内合成麦角甾醇 ,经中波紫外线照射直接转化为维生素D2 酵母。在优化的条件下 ,每克酵母含维生素D2 15 0 0 0国际单位。经毒理实验、临床观察表明 :无毒、无副作用 ,可有效地防治维生素D缺乏性佝偻病

| Abstract: | Vitamin D 2 yeast falls into the biology categery and it mainly applies to the medical industry. A method of transforming ergosterol into vitamin D 2 is introduced. Using yeast as the seed, molasses was deeply fermented to synthesize ergosterol. Irradiated with ultraviolet rays, ergosterol yeast can be directly transformed into vitamin D 2 yeast . Under optimum conditions, the yield contains 15000IU per gram. Clinical observations show that they have good preventive and curative effects for rickets. |
