| 摘 要： | 食品安全是人类生存和健康的第一屏障,关系国计民生.接连不断发生的恶性食品安全事故引发了人们对食品安全的高度重视.目前我国的食品安全监管存在一些不足之处,我们应借鉴国外先进经验,在法律规制、监管组织机构等方面进一步完善食品安全监管体系,保障人民的生命和健康安全,以维护社会的稳定秩序.
