保护地西葫芦灰霉病病株空间分布格局及其抽样技术

摘    要:研究了保护地西葫芦灰霉病病株空间分格局及其抽样技术。通过聚集度指数的测定以及m’-m回归和Taylor幂法则分析,结果表明,保护地西葫芦灰霉病病株为聚集分布,病株空间分布的基本成分是个体群,病株个体间相互吸引,病株分布存在着明显的发病中心,应用种群聚集均数(A)检验了聚集的原因。根据1wao抽样公式,获得了在各种密度下的最适抽样数,建立了序贯抽样模型为d-/1=n±2.1131√n。

Abstract:The precent paper dealt with the field pattern and sampling technique of Pumpkin Botrytis cinerea. Aggregation indices and the methods of Iwao and Taylor were used. The result indlicated that the diseased plants was in the aggregation pattern. According to analysis of Iwao regression :m * = 0. 5216 + 1. 1385m, the basic element for the distribution was an individual colony and the individuals of the diseased plant attracted each other(a 〉0) ,and the individual colonies were also attracted(β 〉 1 ). The analysis of Taylor power law gave out the equation:lg(V) = 0. 1986 + 1. 17221g(m) it meant that the distribution pattern of the infected plant individual got more and more evenness as the density of it increased. The theoretical sampling number of Botrytis cinerea in the field, and sequen- tial sampling model was established by Iwao' s method. The sequency sampling procedure was based on the equation: d-/1=n±2.1131√n.
