食品专业实验教学改革探索与实践

摘    要:实验教学在食品专业学生的培养中至关重要。本文从实验教学体系、实验教学的内容和方式、实验教学手段、实验教学的考核方式和实验教学管理体制等五个方面探讨了食品专业实验教学改革的思路和采取的措施,实践证明,这些改革措施在提高学生素质和增强创新能力方面效果显著。

Abstract:The expermiental teaching is crucial for students of food specialty.The expermiental teaching reform were discussed from five aspects in this paper,which included experiment teaching system,teaching content and pattern,teaching means,teaching assessment mode and teaching management system.These measurements were proved to be helpful for improving students' quality and strengthening innovation capability.
