高效凝水剂的合成及其吸湿溶胀机理分析

摘    要:为了制备新型高效凝水剂并对其吸湿溶胀机理进行研究,以丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺为单体合成了交联型高效凝水剂,采用红外光谱和扫描电镜等对制备的样品进行了结构表征,并对其吸湿凝水性能进行了测试.证明合成的高效凝水剂具有交联的立体网状结构.结果表明,高效凝水剂表面有大量微孔,且内部不同尺寸的微孔互相贯通.分析了高效凝水剂源自表面吸附势、水分子扩散压和溶胀原理的吸湿溶胀机理,初步揭示了高效凝水剂的微观结构与其吸湿凝水性能的直接关系.

Abstract:To make a new-type super water-condensing agent and to research its moistureabsorbing and swelling mechanism,cross-linking poly(acrylic acid-co-acrylamide),a super water-condensing agent was synthesized.Its structure was characterized by using FTIR and SEM,its moisture-absorbing and water-condensing property was tested,and a three-dimensional network cross-linking structure of the super water-condensing agent was proved.Results show that there are a lot of micro-holes on the surface of the super water-condensing agent.Moreover,all the micro-holes of different sizes are perforated with each other in the interior.Moisture-absorbing and swelling mechanism of the super water-condensing agent was analyzed,including the surface absorption potential of the super water-condensing agent,water-molecule diffusion pressure and swelling principle.The direct connection between the micro-structure of the super water-condensing agent and the moisture-absorbing and water-condensing property was showed.
