摘    要:非理性因素(情感、意志、欲望和需要等)在人力资源的开发和管理中是一个非常重要的因素。在人力资源的开发中,图书馆要重视非理性因素对图书馆员的影响,积极发挥其非理性因素的正面效应,消除其非理性因素的负面影响。

Abstract:The irrational factors such as the emotion, will, desire, and requirement, etc. are very important factors in the development and management of the human resources. In the development of the human resources, the library should pay attention to the influence of the irrational factors on the librarians, give full play to the positive effect of its irrational factors, and eliminate the negative effect of its irrational factors.
