| 摘 要： | 由热力学第一定律和第零定律出发，导出了熵函数和热力学温度函数的存在性，从而导出适合于微系统的热力学基本方程．并讨论了Ｐｌａｎｋ关于熵定理证明中的错误．

| Abstract: | The thermodynamic theory suitable to microsystem has been developed.On the basis of the Zeroth and First laws of thermodynamics,the existace of enrtopy and absolute temperature functions has been proved.From this,the basic equation of thermodynamics suitable to microsystem has been deduced.The some errors in Plank's proof on entropy theorem has pointed out. |
