| 摘 要： | 提出了曲靖职成教育发展的战略目标,认为加速曲靖职成教育改革和发展的基本对策是:依法推进职成教育改革和发展;推进管理体制创新,构建确保职成教育快速、健康发展的体制平台;深化职业教育办学体制改革;深化人事制度改革;深化教育教学改革;依法实施就业准入制度,建立和完善多渠道筹措职教经费机制,切实加大职业教育经费投入;扩大开放,加强协作交流,共同推进曲靖市职成教育的快速发展。

| Abstract: | In the paper,the author puts forward the strategic goal for adult vocational education in Qujing and thinks that the reforming and developing strategies for adult vocational education are: 1) promoting the adult vocational education by law;2) innovating the administrative system and constructing a system to speed the adult vocational education;3) deepening the reforming of the educational system,the personnel policy and teaching;4) practicing the permissible rule of taking up an occupation,establishing and perfecting a multiple funding system;5) strengthening the communication and speeding the education cooperatively. |
