| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和专家调查法，本文对智能训练的必要性、合理性、时代性、超越性、局限性进行了研究，认为智能训练可以从知识积累的辐射、经验凝聚的升华、局面控制的把握、测定和评价的介入四个方面进行实施，并阐述了进行智能训练的基本要求。 |

| Abstract: | By using the method of literature study and experts interview,this paper study on the necessity,rationality,overstep localization of intelligence training.Intelligence training can be going on by the four methods,knowledge's radiation,experience sublimation,situation's control and measure with evaluation,and putting up the basic requests of intelligence training. |
