铜钕共掺杂纳米Ti02光催化降解偏二甲肼废水

摘    要:以钛酸四丁酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纯纳米TiO2和铜掺杂、钕掺杂、铜钕共掺杂TiO2,用X射线衍射、傅里叶红外光谱对其进行表征,用15W紫外灯作光源,20mg/L的偏二甲肼污水作为光催化反应模型污染物,研究TiO2的光催化性能,考察掺杂量对降解率的影响,结果表明,掺杂改变了TiO2的晶胞参数,提高了TiO2的光催化活性,共掺杂具有协同效应,共掺杂样品中铜离子摩尔分数为2.0%,钕离子摩尔分数为1.5%时其光催化性能最好.在25℃下,偏二甲肼废水质量浓度为20mg/L,加入催化剂质量浓度为0.6g/L,降解60min时,偏二甲肼废水的降解率达到93.4%.
