摘    要:矿物被激发而发光 ,光通量极其小 ,其检测属于微弱光信号检测的范畴 .结合传统的弱光信号的光电探测方法 ,研究了一种以电荷耦荷探测器 (简称CCD)为核心的新的矿物热发光信号的探测方法 ,并以长石矿物的三维热释光谱图为例 ,分析了该光电探测方法的特点 .据实验结果可知 ,长石矿物的热释光谱图的辐射剂量响应的灵敏度整体上比石英的灵敏度大得多 ,其谱图从光子能量角度可以分成蓝光波段和红光波段两部分 ,而且红光信号比蓝光信号稳定 ,重现性好 ,峰峰值易分离等 ;采用以电荷耦荷探测器为核心的光电探测系统 ,能够较好地区分矿物受激发光的光子能量分布 .

Abstract:The emission light flux of thermal stimulated mineral is subordinated to the subject of the weak signal detection,due to its very weak intensity. A new detecting method of thermal luminescence from critical mineral is discussed in this paper, compared with the traditional electro optical detection means with the introduction of charge couple detector. And the features of this new electro optical detecting method are proposed in detail according to the example of thermoluminescence spectra of feldspar. From the point of view of the present results,it is recognized that there is much higher sensitivity on radiation doses of feldspar than that of quartz. The elementary results show that this pronounced eletro optical system, based on the charge coupled detector, can distinguish the energy distribution of mineral stimulated emission.
