| 摘 要： | 针对高校图书馆志愿者的活动,介绍了图书馆志愿者服务队伍出现的缘由及志愿者的构成,分析了图书馆志愿者服务存在的不足,并在阐述图书馆志愿者服务运行机制的同时,指出了图书馆志愿者服务的新视点。

| Abstract: | In the light of volunteers’activities in university library, this paper introduces the reasons why the volunteer service team occurs in university library and the composition of the volunteers, analyzes some shortages existing in library’s volunteer service, expounds the operation mechanism of library’s volunteer service, and points out some new viewpoints of library’s volunteer service. |
